CGA order form
- Download the quote request form (Microsoft Word format) here.
- Complete the form in its entirety. Be sure to sign the form where indicated.
- Fax the form to (978) 684-3846. Be sure to include a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate if applicable.
- Northrop Grumman reviews and validates the form, then emails the primary point of contact (POC) a quote and log-in information for ordering the product. You are now a qualified customer.
- Use the link and log-in information provided in the email notification to access the CGA ordering Web page and place your order.
- Northrop Grumman notifies the primary POC via email that the order has been received and is being processed.
- Northrop Grumman notifies the primary POC via email when the product has been shipped. Tracking information for the shipment is included in the email.
- When you receive your shipment, notify Northrop Grumman via this email: sales@geospatialappliance.com.
